But my mom shops it for skin products and she purchased my tria light system and clarisonic from them and I love them both and my adult acne has really cleared up.
I think you just have to be extremely selective….. I like to buy jewelry pieces from QVC. Apart from the hefty shipping charges, Size is an issue. Also sometimes the product does look very nice n rich n heavy, but when it arrives home, its just so light weight n cheap. The photos are deceptive…..
I just called to change my next Tarte TSV shipment from fair to light and it was a breeze. I only buy their kits or jumbo Wen on easy pay because their shipping for individual items is so high. My coworker, Loretta, is the biggest QVC fan. I love the Tarte and Josie Maran exclusives! But love the return policy…and easy pay…Thats the only way I ever could have bought my clarisonic…which I love: I also wish they would put up ingredient lists as I have uber sensetive skin….
The most challenging part of shopping through QVC for me is paying shipping! I do appreciate Easy Pay since it makes bigger purchases like my laptop and Clarisonic easier to pay off. I realized later that they were just trying to get rid of the old model? For me the slow shipping drives me nuts with QVC. It is like they use courier pigeons or something! I have no clue as to why people buy so much from qvc!!!! My god, you can buy the same thing on Amazon with no state tax, and free shipping!!!!
The only time I usually buy qvc is when they have a great deal…. Think I would have probably done better on amazon, but oh well….. The people on qvc, like lisa robertson, for instance, make me sick to my stomach….. HSN is by far the better of the two. They have the best customer service, if I find something that I bought that went on sale within 30 days, I just have to call them or email them and they refund me the difference.
If you have their credit card, you get some awesome perks like extra flex pays! Easy pays at the Q. Sometimes for clearance sales they automatically have free shipping. They even asked me to keep the other one in case the other one arrived in worse condition, and asked me to keep whichever looked better, and sent the other one back, both at no charge.
How have I never even thought about QVC shopping until now? IT is so fantastic and I know for sure these products are amazing. Did I need ALL of that? I have two PS5 I preordered before they even came out for my son and husband. Someone used my card. The order was canceled but QVC will not release my funds. I have been waiting on the fraud team to notify me yet no one has contacted me back. I have been shopping on QVC since early this year, when suddenly without notice or warning all my orders were canceled and account was closed! I called customer service to ask what happened.
Long story short, around the year QVC closed my account because they didn't like the number of returns I was sending back.
I guess that didn't apply to me. So since then they have carried their grudge and refuse to allow me to shop. I also just read reviews of other people shopping on QVC and couldn't agree with them more! QVC has lowered their standards and raised their prices! The customer service has declined, and Corporate won't even acknowledge customers! This severe verdict of cutting people off who don't suit them, is deplorable.
It is written you will be judged as you have judged. Because you did it to the least of my brethren, you did it to ME! I have been a QVC customer for over 30 years and they were a good company about 10 years ago. These last several years their customer service has gone downhill. There are people on Facebook complaining about their packages receiving either broken or they never receive them at all.
Their prices has gone up substantially and the quality control is zero when it comes to sending out your packages. QVC fired a lot of good people and kept the bad ones on as their host. Whenever you order something, everything is on advance order now. You don't get anything for the holidays until after. What is the point if you can't get something before then. It's outrageous. You can go to your local grocery store and buy it there and spend less. I understand prices are going up, but QVC is now price gouging their customers.
